On Stranger Tides

*Spoiler Alert*

Today I will be talking about the 4th movie in the series, On Stranger Tides. In this movie, some of the old characters were not included but a few new characters were added. The movie starts out in Londen where Mr. Gibbs and Jack are in trouble and Barbossa has joined the British as a "Privateer." Later on Jack meets up with Angelica and she tricks him into coming onto Black Beard's ship. After Jack meets Black Beard, they go on a search for the fountain of youth. Meanwhile, Mr. Gibbs and Barbossa are also searching for the fountain as well as the Spanish. When they all get to the fountain, the Spainish try to blow it up, the English fight the Spanish and Black Beard's crew. After most people leave because the cave is collapsing, Barbossa cuts Black Beard with a poison sword and somehow Angelica gets cut too. In order to save Angelica, Jack tricks Black Beard in to drinking the wrong cup and Angelica the right one. Then Jack takes Angelica and maroons her on an island.

Dead Man's Chest

I have decided to just review the movies and not the games since I don't have/play any of those games anymore.

*Spoiler Alert*

In this weeks post, I will be talking about the second movie in the series, Dead Man's Chest. In this Movie, they add in a couple of new characters as well as keeping the old characters you like. In the beginning of the movie Will is going to get married to Elizabeth but he gets arrested for helping jack escape(in the first movie) . Meanwhile, Jack is looking for a crew to repay his dept to Davy Jones. Eventually Jack meets up with Will on an island with cannibals. Then they go to Davy Jones' ship. After that they go to an island to try to find Davy Jones' heart. Then they find it and run to the ship and Davy Jones sends the Kracken after them and jack gets eaten.

At Worlds End

This week I will be talking about and reviewing the third movie in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, At Worlds End. In this movie a lot of new characters have been added and some old characters have come back. The movie starts out with Barbossa (who somehow came back to life), Elizabeth, and the rest of the crew looking for Jack who got sent to Davy Jones' locker. During the movie Lord Cutler Beckett and the navy are going to have a war with pirates. In the end of the movie Jack and the pirates sink Cutler Beckett's ship, kill Davy Jones, which therefore makes the navy run away from them and once again everyone is happy (except for Cutler Beckett and Davy Jones who are dead)

In my opinion this wasn't the best of all the pirates movies. It was good but it lacked the good storyline. On a scale from one to ten I would give it a six and a half.  Stay tuned next week for a video game review and possibly some gameplay footage (if I figure out how to upload videos on youtube from my phone).

Curse of the Black Pearl

 *Spoiler Alert*

In this post I will be talking about the first movie in the pirates series: Curse of the Black Pearl.  Since it is the first movie, it has to introduce you to the characters.  Basically what happens in the movie is Jack Sparrow and Will Turner have to save Elizabeth Swan from Barbossa.  In the end, Jack kills Barbossa and everybody is happy (except for Barbossa who is dead).

Personally I thought the movie was pretty good.  The visual effects along with the great acting made this movie what it is.  On a scale from one to ten I would give it a nine.  I hope you liked my review, come again next week for more.

Welcome

Hello everybody, my name is Jacob and I will be your blogger for the evening(or morning).  I made this blog to tell(and show) people how awesome Pirates of the Caribbean is.  My goal is to get people to watch Pirates movies.  Also, for those of you who play games, I will also tell about two of my favorite Pirates of the Caribbean games. This blog is not for everyone so if you don't like pirates, don't continue reading.

The movies I am going to talk about are my two favorite Pirates movies. The first one is the Curse of the Black Pearl, which is my favorite movie and the second one is At worlds end which is the third movie in the series.
